Working directly for the main mechanical contractor MSS plc, we produced the mechanical services installation layout drawings for the fit out project of the legoland discovery centre, Barton Square, The Trafford Centre, Manchester.

The project consisted of the production of coordinated layout drawings for the air conditioning and ventilation layout drawings, utility systems (domestic hot/cold water services, above ground drainage and sanitary ware and fittings together with the compressed air systems.

On completion of the project, as fitted surveys and record drawings were completed together with production of the O&M manual for all mechanical works.
