Working with the main contractor and  specialist M+E sub-contractors for the projects.

Philpro worked together with the M&E contractors on the project to produce full co-ordinated mechanical and electrical fit out drawings from consultants tender drawings. The working drawings detailed all elements of the air conditioning and ventilation, heating systems, utility systems, main incoming electrical supplies, main LV switchgear, electrical distribution, small power, lighting, fire alarm system, nurse call, voice and data, disabled refuge and induction loop systems.

On completion of the installation Philpro surveyed and produced the as fitted records drawings together with the O&M manual for the completed project.

Philpro has completed a number of other similar projects for this client producing co-ordination drawings and O&M manuals at Leigh health centre, Wardleworth health centre, Townfield doctors surgery, Higher Ince health centre, Smallbridge clinic and Child development centre at Warrington.
